My Karak Chai on Manchester’s Curry Lane features a modern and tradiotional decor that really stands out. The interiors are clean, welcoming, and perfect for meeting with friends or enjoying a cup of chai. The authentic flavors of chai and savory add to the experience, though portions are modest and it can get busy at peak times. Despite that, the inviting atmosphere and contemporary design make it a top spot for chai lovers in Manchester.- Meal type

Hello Pawandeep, It’s a pleasure to hear you enjoyed the blend of modern and traditional decor at My Karak Chaai, along with our authentic chai flavours. We take pride in creating a welcoming space that’s perfect for catching up with friends while savouring those classic tastes. Our team works hard to keep everything fresh and inviting despite busy times. If you visit us again, be sure to try our Raja G popular milkshake—a delightful treat with kinder bueno, strawberries, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and Cadbury’s crumbled flake that many guests love. We’d be happy to welcome you back soon for another relaxing experience on Wilmslow Road. Kind Regards, My Karak Chai Management Team
This chai shop is amazing! The chai is warm, tasty, and full of flavor. There are many choices, and each one is delicious. The desserts are fresh and sweet, perfect with the chai. The place is cozy, and the staff is very friendly. A great place to relax and enjoy.

What an incredible place! The food is delicious (especially nihari) - it tastes exactly like the food back in Karachi, and anyone who knows food, knows that reaching a Karachiite’s standards is almost impossible. The atmosphere is lovely with beautiful desi decor, music and ludo board tables! Very unique. As for service, we had the most friendly staff serving us. A man by the name of Ali Malik was very kind and helpful, and we will definitely be coming back here as regular customers in future!- Service

Lovely open plan shop. Nice and spacious. Not claustrophobic. There's plenty of seating and amazing decor. Ordered 2x karak chai and 2x milk cake. All were fresh and tasted delicious. Tea was nice and hot, milk cake was so lovely. But only downside; they're a bit pricey. Paid almost £20 for my meal.

Hello Amir, It's wonderful to hear you and the mrs enjoyed the apna breakfast and chana puri, especially with portion sizes that hit the spot. We take pride in crafting authentic flavours that bring a little taste of Pakistani street food right here on Wilmslow Road. Next time you visit, consider trying our Raja G popular milkshake – it's a rich blend of kinder bueno, strawberries, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and Cadbury’s crumbled flake that many guests love. We hope to welcome you both back soon. Kind Regards, My Karak Chai Management Team

It was great being able to visit the actual shop a few days back. The service is good. You order and pay at the till before being given a number to pick a seat with. They bring you the food once it’s ready. They’ve a good menu and the service is quite fast. Hello Samu, Reading your excellent feedback about our karak chai and breakfast truly makes us proud. It’s wonderful to hear the chai’s spice blend and creaminess hit the mark, and that you found the breakfast fresh and comforting. Our team takes great care in crafting each cup and dish, so it’s lovely to know you felt welcomed by our staff’s genuine warmth. Next time, we’d love for you to try our mooli paratha—spiced radish stuffed in a paratha—which many guests enjoy as a delicious treat alongside their chai. We hope to welcome you back soon at My Karak Chaai. Kind Regards, My Karak Chai Management Team
Nice ambiance and good food. We tried Omelette breakfast and Halwa Puri Breakfast. Both were delicious but wasnt expecting frozen parathas with omelette. Thought they would serve freshly made parathas. Karak Chai with saffron was outclass. Only four tables (including ours) were occupied but still took a while for food to come. But yeah, would definitely go again to try their street food option.
Went for breakfast with my friend. The place is pretty big, adequate seating, with booths and separate tables. It was a weekday, so the place was empty when we went in. It did start filling up as we left. We ordered an Apna Breakfast each, Samosa Chaat, and French toast to share. The service was good and the food was nice. Would go again.

Just been for breakfast with the family. Really nice seating for families. Table was clean and not cluttered. Ordered breakfast and halwa puri with milkshake and karak chaii. Staff were really friendly too. Really tasty parathas (not the supermarket frozen type), dhaal and omelettes were flavoursome too. Star was the karak chai which was not too strong with spices and right amount of sweetness. All in all a great place to grab tasty lunch!- Service

A tea cup fell, leaving a mess on the table and on the floor. They offer a complimentary cup of tea and carefully clean the area. We were truly taken aback by their generosity. Thank you so much for your kindness 💝.
